The General Conditions of Sale and Use of the company CAMP DE COGUL SCCL, hereinafter referred to as CAMP DE COGUL, outlined below, define the rights and obligations of CAMP DE COGUL within the framework of their website “olirupestredelcogul.es”. Mere access to this website and the execution of electronic commerce on this website implies acceptance of these conditions of use.

1 - Information on the products:

The descriptions of the products offered by CAMP DE COGUL on its website are exact. The details included in each product description or photograph have a purely informative function.

Every customer has a seven-day right to withdrawal caused by the failure of the products sold to comply with their description or the erroneous nature of the information contained therein.

On pressing the “Purchase” button when placing an order, the customer declares they fully and unreservedly accept these General Sales Conditions in their entirety, which may be filed and printed by the customer for their reproduction whenever they deem necessary.

2 - Prices

The prices of our products are inclusive of tax and exclude handling and shipping costs. Handling and shipping costs are shown with all taxes included. Transport costs are always stated separately. CAMP DE COGUL reserves the right to modify the prices at any time; nonetheless, products shall be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is made (provided the products are in stock).

3 - Availability

If a product is unavailable, it will be specified in the product description; however, if it becomes unavailable after the order has been placed or before the shipment in question has been made, the customer will be notified by e-mail or by telephone that a partial shipment will be made or that their order will be cancelled. If the customer’s account has already been charged when they are informed that the product is unavailable, a process will begin to refund the corresponding amount to the customer, who shall be informed thereof via email. Once this process has begun, CAMP DE COGUL shall refund the sum paid by the customer to the bank account indicated by them as soon as possible.

4 - Payment

Payment of the purchases is carried out through a payment card or bank transfer. Accepted payment cards are Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro. If paying by card, we shall send a request to your bank to debit your account within three days; the sum will not be debited until authorisation from your bank is obtained. The debit term shall depend on the rules applied to your form of payment (immediate, deferred debit, etc.). In accordance with current legislation and for the safety and confidentiality of your details, CAMP DE COGUL shall not store your bank details. It will be the responsibility of customers to keep and print their bank transfer slip if they wish to store the bank details concerning their transaction.

5 - Delivery

a) Options and place of delivery The products shall be sent along with a delivery order to the delivery address given by the customer when placing their order. Notification of all deliveries are given by email. Once the order has been dispatched, CAMP DE COGUL shall issue an invoice online, indicating transport costs and VAT separately. CAMP DE COGUL delivers to Mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Gibraltar, Portugal, Andorra, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Netherlands, Switzerland, Poland, Norway, Ireland, Czech Republic, Romania, Luxembourg, Austria and Finland. In order to optimise delivery, we would kindly request that customers provide an address where the order can be delivered during normal working hours.

b) Delivery time The delivery time is established at seven working days. Delivery times are average times for preparing and dispatching orders. These times vary according to the destination and do not include bank holidays or weekends. If a customer exercises their right to cancel, CAMP DE COGUL will carry out a refund request within ten working days. If this delay is caused by force majeure, while the product is in the logistics phase, CAMP DE COGUL will inform the customer of this circumstance and the fact that, therefore, costs arising from their request for cancellation must be paid by them. A delivery is considered made once the courier hands the product over to the customer, which is recorded using the control system used by the courier.

c) Precautions to be taken into account at the time of delivery Recipients should verify deliveries upon arrival, expressing their observations and presenting any claims which they consider justified; they may even reject the package if the package is likely to have been opened or shows clear signs of deterioration. Said observations or claims must be made to the courier by way of a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt in the three working days following the delivery of the products, with a copy sent immediately afterwards to CAMP DE COGUL. If the delivered products do not match the nature or quality of the specifications indicated on the delivery order, the customer must submit their claim within seven days after delivery.

d) Lost packages Nonetheless, if eight working days after the package has been dispatched, the customer is still unsure of the whereabouts of their order, they should notify CAMP DE COGUL. Customer Care at CAMP DE COGUL will look into the matter.
