With regard to the products sold, the customer may avail of the maxim “if you are not satisfied, we will refund your money” and will have seven days to return the product from the date of receipt. To return the product, the customer must send a package to CAMP DE COGUL with: the items in their original packaging with the delivery order and address of the return service stuck on the outside of the package.
The right to return products may not be exercised if the products sent have been visibly used for an extended period of time (more than a few minutes).
Products should be returned properly protected, unopened, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition for resale (undamaged, unbroken, unsoiled) with all of their accessories, instruction manuals and documentation to the address indicated: CAMP DE COGUL SCCL, C. Vileta, 52 - 25152 El Cogul (Lérida) Spain.
We cannot accept packages that do not include some element allowing us to identify the sender (order number, surname(s), name, address). Once the package has been received in CAMP DE COGUL warehouses and it has been confirmed that the returned products are in perfect condition, we will begin the procedure to refund the amounts corresponding to the returned products.
The customer will receive an e-mail notifying them of this refund procedure. Once this process has begun, CAMP DE COGUL shall refund the sum paid by the customer to their bank account as soon as possible. In this regard, CAMP DE COGUL shall refund the corresponding amount within a maximum period of eight days if the customer used a debit card, and before the end of the corresponding month if the customer used a credit card.
The maximum amount for the refund in euros, paid by money order, shall be the same as the amount paid by credit card. Returns will be sent to different addresses according to the courier that delivered the product to the customer. Costs and risks associated with returning a product shall be borne by the sender.
